Are you passionate about community development and people engagement? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our People Services Team at St Luke's Hospice Plymouth.

This 9-month fixed-term contract is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves to build relationships, and enjoys developing and implementing projects that make a real difference. As our Volunteer Engagement Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for engaging and equipping volunteers with the tools they need to succeed in their roles.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a contributory pension scheme, training and development opportunities, flexible working options, and on-site parking.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
