Bamboo Fundraising Recruitment is partnering with Woman's Trust to find a dedicated Head of Fundraising and Development. This role presents an exciting chance to lead and grow a thriving fundraising team, contributing to evidence-led, trauma-informed services for survivors of domestic abuse.
About the Position
We seek a highly motivated leader with proven success in generating £1m+ annual income and securing multiple six-figure grants/contracts. You will inspire and lead a team of two direct reports, cultivating a collaborative and positive work environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Securing sustainable funding from diverse funder groups, including statutory, trust, and foundation, corporate, and donor streams.
- Driving innovation in statutory commissioning, targeting ambitious partnership opportunities.
- Building and stewarding relationships with key stakeholders and partners to promote awareness of our work and mission.
Salary: £50,000 - £52,500 FTE, 35 hours per week, benefits include 25 days holiday, 3% pension contribution, cycle-to-work scheme, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
