Job Description

At Thrive Therapeutic Software, we are seeking an experienced and driven professional to fill the role of Head of Business Development Partnerships. This exciting opportunity enables you to empower businesses across the nation to prioritize mental wellbeing and reap its benefits for their bottom line.

This full-time position is based from home, with national travel expected. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships that bring life-changing mental health solutions to workplaces nationwide.

  • Full time Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
  • Permanent position
  • Estimated annual salary: £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of mental health in the workplace and the ability to drive business growth through effective partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mental health solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth
