About the Role

The Head of Growth and Partnerships will lead the charge in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building a best-in-class sales function. Working closely with marketing advisory professionals and subject matter experts, you will help Novum Global expand their footprint across financial services, law firms, and corporate markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies leveraging tools and resources to ensure success.
  • Revenue Generation: Take a hands-on approach to new business development, identifying opportunities, crafting tailored solutions, and closing high-value deals.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and inspire a growing team of account managers and BD operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, including General Counsel and Heads of Legal Operations, to identify challenges and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Performance Optimisation: Set ambitious targets, streamline sales processes, and manage a robust pipeline to exceed revenue goals.
