Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Strategic Partnerships and Growth to join our team at Primer.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, preferably within the payments or fintech industry.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, identifying potential partners, and building and nurturing relationships to drive mutual growth.

Additionally, you will work closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partnerships are integrated effectively into our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships into our overall business strategy.
  • Monitor and optimize partnerships to ensure long-term success.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Negotiation skills with experience in negotiating complex deals.
