Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Your success in this role will be measured against the following KPIs:
• Timeliness and quality of assessments and reports.
• Effectiveness of partnership working and collaboration with colleagues and partner agencies.
• Positive outcomes for children and families.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective plans to address the needs of children and families, ensuring that we deliver positive outcomes.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies on matters related to family safeguarding and child protection.
• Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and deliver services within capacity and timescales.

Requirements:
• Social Work Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience of working with children, young people, and their families in a safeguarding context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
