Children's Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Family Safeguarding Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide professional leadership and support to colleagues, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to children and families. Your main responsibilities will include managing workload, prioritizing tasks, and delivering services within capacity and timescales.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of complex cases, providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies as needed.
• Develop and implement effective plans to address the needs of children and families, ensuring that we deliver positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to share best practice and improve our services.
Requirements:
• Social Work Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience of working with children, young people, and their families in a safeguarding context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum.
