Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh, providing high-level secretarial and business support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have relevant educational qualifications in the legal or business field and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and presentations.
  • Maintain client records and manage client communication.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in the legal or business field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A permanent contract with a 4-day work week.
