Job Overview

FNZ is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to support the recruitment process for assigned functional areas across the UK. This role will involve working closely with the recruitment team to search and source candidates, register and interview new candidates, and coordinate interviews between stakeholders.

About the Role

This Recruitment Support Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of FNZ's recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be proactive and self-motivated, and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist the recruitment team in searching and sourcing candidates via various channels, including direct advertising, head-hunting, job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Register and interview new candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the business.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies.
  • Recruitment Administration: Administer tests and psychometric testing to candidates as part of the recruitment process.
  • High-Volume Recruitment: Assist with high-volume recruitment and Graduate Assessment Centres.
  • Timely Candidate Supply: Work with urgency to ensure candidates are supplied to recruiters in a timely manner.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support continuous recruitment.
  • Candidate Attraction: Conduct marketing activity to attract new candidates for the business.

Benefits

The salary for this Recruitment Support Specialist position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
