The Role

This part-time Administrative Coordinator will provide daily support and administrative assistance to our Edinburgh office, working across a broad range of activities, including managing relationships across Invenergy offices and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with internal teams such as Accounts Payable, Finance, Legal etc
  • Scheduling events and organizing attendees
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Overseeing travel arrangements
  • Anticipating needs of the Team and resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.
  • Managing regular team meetings
  • Leveraging technology to prepare and edit presentations and reports and maintain electronic records

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proficient in MS Office and Share Point, willing to learn company IT systems, and has excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
