Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Heriot-Watt University. As an integral member of the School Senior Leadership Team, you will provide administrative support for various projects, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to coordinate meetings, manage staff absences, and prepare necessary paperwork.

Key responsibilities include leading small projects, maintaining accurate records, and providing guidance to staff on relevant policies and procedures. A strong understanding of administration principles and practices is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • HNC/SVQ Level 3 Administration or equivalent award

Salary and Benefits
