Job Description:About the Position:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator in the Research Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including diary management and travel coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with care.
  • Arrange appointments, meetings, and events with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support the management of departmental awards, including policy development and publication coordination.
  • Liaise with finance and procurement teams to ensure effective collaboration.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, HR, or Psychology, with a focus on management.
  • Excellent language skills in English and Chinese.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and design software.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Able to multitask effectively and maintain a systematic approach.
