Senior Office Coordinator

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Office Coordinator to join our client's team on a permanent basis. This role involves engaging in various business functions, contributing to the company's day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include administrative tasks such as managing reception duties, mail, timesheets, and office supplies. The successful candidate will also provide HR support by maintaining personnel files and recording staff holidays.
They will collaborate with the Accounts department to upload invoices and ensure documents are processed efficiently. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating and updating the company's social media presence and providing commercial administration support to the Bid Manager as needed.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £**35,000-£45,000** per annum, based on experience.
