We are seeking a skilled Office Experience Coordinator to join our team at one of Edinburgh's premier corporate offices.

In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include managing visitor bookings, meeting room reservations, and desk allocations, as well as setting up meeting rooms and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and workspace organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a natural host with excellent communication skills, able to build relationships and maintain a professional, approachable manner. If you have a proactive and self-starting attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, we would like to hear from you.

This is a competitive opportunity offering a salary of £25,000 per annum, with the possibility of a permanent position after 13 weeks. You will work in a supportive environment with opportunities to develop your skills in a people-focused, professional role.
