About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Endocrine & Diabetic Specialist Nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage TRAK appointments and update information on SCI Diabetes.
  2. Respond to telephone and email enquiries from patients and stakeholders.
  3. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes to relevant parties.
  4. Cover Unit reception as required.
  5. Support the DSN telephone helpline.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered for this full-time position, or £20,000 - £28,000 per annum for part-time employees, with the option to work up to 37 hours per week.
