Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Esri. This role will be responsible for handling day-to-day office operations, ensuring seamless communication, and facilitating necessary approvals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, interface with vendors, and maintain equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinate successful meeting engagements.
  • Oversee daily business administration, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Assist with tasks and projects within expertise, utilizing effective time management and analytical skills.
  • Coordinate hardware acquisition and distribution, maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with HR on employer administration and compliance matters.
  • Promote sustainable business practices and organize team-building events to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum two years of experience in office management or similar positions.
  • Excellent English communication skills and strong computer proficiency.
  • Flexible and adaptable to new challenges, with a proactive approach.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including location-based full-time employment in Edinburgh, a generous company bonus scheme, pension, healthcare scheme, education sponsorship, and other perks.
