Job Title: Business Support Officer
Job Summary:
This role will provide key support to our Business Services team, focusing on administration, coordination, and communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting the administration of projects. A strong understanding of business operations and excellent communication skills are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Business Services team, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Support the administration of projects, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business plans, policies, and procedures.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of business operations and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
Working Conditions:
This role is based in Edinburgh and will require regular communication with colleagues and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
