Job Description: As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including maintaining a well-organized and efficient workspace, handling correspondence and communication, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and services
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with events and meetings, including venue booking and catering arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
