We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Summit Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing exclusive one-on-one meetings between Ultra-High-Net-Worth investors and private fund managers at prestigious 5-star resorts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics for summit events, including venue selection and catering
  • Manage invitations and RSVPs for summit attendees
  • Ensure seamless execution of summit activities and events

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
