Store Performance Coordinator

Gillman Home Center is seeking a Store Performance Coordinator to coordinate store operations, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Participate in store maintenance and upkeep.
This full-time position is scheduled 40 hours/week. Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of retail job experience
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
