Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and carry out routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, joinery, and general building repairs
  • Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take preventative measures
  • Work closely with the Home Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns
  • Support the development of a culture of health and safety within the team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a maintenance or technical role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to work varied shifts
  • A passion for delivering high-quality services

Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum
