Job Description:
The Residential Maintenance Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for maintenance-related queries and issues. They will work closely with the Home Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that our residents receive a high-quality living experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and carry out routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, joinery, and general building repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take preventative measures
- Work closely with the Home Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns
- Support the development of a culture of health and safety within the team
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a maintenance or technical role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to work varied shifts
- A passion for delivering high-quality services
Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum
