We are looking for a highly motivated Green Space Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at ABM. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections of facilities to identify and address environmental issues such as waste management, recycling, water conservation, and energy efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor sustainable practices, including waste reduction, recycling programs, and energy-efficient initiatives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of environmental policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop and deliver environmental training programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards
  • Respond to and resolve environmental concerns and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner

The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000 per year, based on experience.
