**Mechanical Maintenance Role:** Maintenance Technologist

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a top FMCG manufacturing organisation in Edinburgh to recruit a skilled Maintenance Technologist. The successful candidate will support the engineering team in maintaining equipment and improving plant availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Maintain and repair a range of equipment, including pumps, gearboxes, and treatment process machinery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Familiarity with PPM schedules and maintenance procedures.
