Job Title: Residential Development Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Dandara Living in East Scotland. This role involves general project coordination, budget control, and administration of residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage initial site budgets, subcontract procurement, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate site visits and inspections with management and subcontractors
  • Carry out subcontract payments, variation claims, and final account settlements
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and provide financial advice to Site Management teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying within the residential housebuilding sector
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Familiarity with construction contracts, building regulations, and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
