Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Lead
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Job Description:
As a Quantity Surveyor Lead, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality expertise to our clients. You'll work collaboratively with our team to deliver cost planning and estimation services, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Cost planning and estimation across the lifecycle of your projects
- Producing estimates and budget reviews across a wide range of sectors
- Liaising with cross-function teams to develop ideas for continuous improvement
- Collecting data, analysing, and defining the needs of our clients and stakeholders
- Producing Analysis and Benchmarking Reports that promote value for money and identify & define trends and cost drivers
What We're Looking For:
- Familiar with commercial roles and functions for large capital programmes
- Experience in Network Rail and National Highways, and a growing presence in MOD, Nuclear and renewables is desirable
- Good communication skills, collaboration, and teamwork
- Good stakeholder management skills and client-facing attributes
- Data analysis, good analytical skills and mathematical skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
