The client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, where you will work on exciting projects and contribute to the company's success.


Job Details

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled quantity surveyor to take on a senior role and lead project teams to deliver successful outcomes.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project budgets and costs, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring timely payments to subcontractors.

You will also liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing high-quality quantity surveying services.


Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • MRICS qualified.
  • Proven experience in a cost management role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage project budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Salary: The annual salary for this position is £62,500 - £82,500 depending on experience.
