**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Central Belt & East of Scotland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, including managing day-to-day activities, leading site teams, and coordinating subcontractors. You will also ensure that health and safety standards are met and that construction is delivered to an award-winning standard.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects, with a track record of delivering high-quality developments and driving project timelines while maintaining attention to detail. They will also possess strong leadership and communication skills, a passion for building homes to the highest standards, and valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
