Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Worker. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with and caring for vulnerable young people in a residential care setting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people, working collaboratively with our team to deliver a safe and nurturing environment that promotes respect, values, rights, and diversity.

Requirements:
  • A clean driving license is required, alongside a willingness to transport the young people in our care using company vehicles.
  • Fully qualified or working towards qualifications to work as a residential childcare worker, meeting the requirements as set out by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) for registration.
