Early Years Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our quality assurance efforts as a Quality and Curriculum Manager. This role offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a £5,000 care allowance.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our quality assurance strategy across multiple nurseries. This involves collaborating with the Safety and Operational teams to optimize outcomes, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and delivering training programs to support staff in achieving best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our quality assurance strategy
- Collaborate with the Safety and Operational teams to optimize outcomes
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Care Inspectorate
- Develop and deliver training programs to support staff in achieving best practice
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum Level 3 / SCQF 7 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
- At least 6 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery
- At least 2 years' experience of running a day Nursery, leading and supporting teams
- Experience of Multi-Site Support in delivery Quality and Best Practice
