About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality early education and care. You will work closely with the manager and teams in each of our Nurseries, reporting to the senior team and Head of Scotland.

You will also need to have led nurseries through Care Inspections and have worked closely with the Care Inspectorate on any recommendations for the future.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training to support Additional Needs and Inclusion
  • Lead SENco for the Company
  • Support Quality Assurance
  • Work alongside the Safety and Operational teams in supporting each setting to achieve best outcomes

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 / SCQF 7 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent, at least 6 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery, and at least 2 years' experience of running a day Nursery, leading and supporting teams.
