Thrive Childcare & Education is a leading provider of childcare and education services in the North West of England and Scotland. We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Thrive Teviot House.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £29,000.

About the Role

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Nursery Manager and Centralised Departments. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality childcare, communicate with parents, maintain health and safety regulations, manage administrative duties, promote teamwork, and collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

This role requires leadership experience and a level 3 qualification or above in Early Years education. If you are passionate about delivering excellent care and education to children, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and ensure high-quality childcare
