We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Unreal Gigs. This role involves leading the testing and quality assurance of blockchain systems, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and ready for real-world applications.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will collaborate with blockchain developers, smart contract engineers, and project managers to build comprehensive test plans and ensure the highest level of quality across blockchain ecosystems. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Test Blockchain Systems and dApps: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for blockchain networks, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps). You'll test for functionality, performance, security, and scalability across different blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Solana, or Hyperledger.
  2. Smart Contract Auditing and Testing: Conduct in-depth audits and testing of smart contracts to ensure security and reliability.
  3. Develop Automated Test Suites: Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for smart contracts and blockchain systems. You'll work with tools like Hardhat, Truffle, or Brownie to create continuous integration pipelines that automate functional, performance, and security testing.
  4. Performance and Load Testing: Conduct performance and load testing on blockchain networks to measure transaction throughput, latency, and overall system scalability.
  5. Collaborate with Blockchain Developers: Work closely with blockchain developers, smart contract engineers, and product teams to provide feedback on test results and collaborate on debugging and resolving issues.
  6. Security Testing and Vulnerability Assessments: Perform security testing on blockchain applications, focusing on encryption protocols, key management, and decentralized data storage. You'll assess systems for potential security vulnerabilities and recommend strategies to mitigate risks.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract systems, including hands-on experience testing decentralized applications on platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Binance Smart Chain.
  • Experience conducting smart contract audits and security testing, as well as knowledge of blockchain-specific vulnerabilities such as reentrancy attacks and how to mitigate them.
  • Proficiency in building automated testing frameworks using tools like Hardhat, Truffle, or Brownie, and the ability to automate tests for functionality, performance, and security.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Blockchain Development, or a related field. Equivalent experience in blockchain quality assurance is also highly valued.
  • Certifications or additional coursework in blockchain technology, security testing, or quality engineering are a plus.
Salary:
