Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Quality and Curriculum Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting the Quality of Provision within our settings in Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent, with at least 6 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery. They should also have experience of Care Inspections, Internal and external audits, as well as a sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations.

The role requires the ability to develop, deliver and support training through the nurseries, and to develop resources and activities to support the delivery of learning for all staff. The successful candidate will also be required to work alongside the Safety and Operational teams in supporting each setting to achieve best outcomes.

In terms of salary, we are offering up to £50,000 per annum, plus a £5,000 car allowance. This is a full-time position, working a 40-hour week.
