We are looking for an experienced Early Years Development Specialist to join our team at St. John Vianney Primary School ELC.

Salary: £28,046 - £32,010 (pro rata for sessional)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years care and education, with experience in developing and implementing effective educational programmes for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and deliver engaging educational programmes that meet the needs of children aged 0-5
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless transition between home and school life
  • To maintain accurate records of children's progress and contribute to the development of individual plans

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Years Education or related field
  • Experience in early years care and education, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
