We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Specialist to join our team at Thrive Childcare & Education. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to young children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 3 months to 5 years old.
- Maintain open communication with families to exchange information about children's progress and well-being.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and flourish independently.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
