Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Care Worker to join our team at Horizons Residential Care Limited. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality support and care to vulnerable young people in our residential settings.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team that prioritizes the needs and well-being of our children and young people. As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to vulnerable young people in our residential settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Provide high-quality support and care to young people in our residential settings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support services.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with vulnerable young people in a residential care setting.
  • Clean driving license and willingness to transport young people using company vehicles.
  • Able to work unsocial hours, including weekends.
