Role Overview

The Worker Support Centre is seeking a skilled Agricultural Workers' Rights Champion to join their team. As a remote-based role with occasional travel in North-East Scotland, this position will focus on advancing the rights of seasonal agricultural workers by supporting the organisation's peer engagement work.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for conducting outreach to workers and facilitating education and power sessions. You will work closely with the Peer Engagement team and Outreach Caseworkers to support WSC in meeting two of its core objectives: promoting worker representation in decision-making and building knowledge about workers' experiences to influence policy.

This is a flexible role, requiring less than 5 hours of work per week. The estimated salary for this position is £**25-30k**, depending on experience.
