Job Title:

Senior Care Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Care Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of support workers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes.

The role involves planning and facilitating meetings with individuals and their families, identifying training needs, and providing regular supervision. You will also be responsible for developing support plans, matching supported individuals with staff members, and ensuring that standards set by regulatory bodies are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a care-related role
  • SVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
