Job Title: Emergency Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as an Emergency Care Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Vets Now is the UK's leading provider of emergency pet care, offering trusted services to over 1700 veterinary practices across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during emergency situations, handling calls, booking appointments, and managing financial transactions.
  • Administration:
    • Manage administrative duties in clinic accurately, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
    • Provide timely updates to veterinary staff about patients en route or clients requiring assistance.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
Working Pattern:

This role involves working every other weekend, with Saturdays from 12:00 to 20:00 and Sundays from 08:00 to 17:00, plus a fair share of bank holidays.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £12.00 per hour, plus benefits including 7 weeks pro-rata annual leave, cash health plan, and up to 50% discounted staff pet care.
