We are seeking a compassionate and organised Care Coordinator to schedule client visits and ensure seamless care delivery. At Home Instead, our unique approach combines care with companionship, offering longer visits of at least an hour, often two, allowing you to support our caregiving team and find the best match possible between care professional and client.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling client visits efficiently
  • Communicating with clients and carers regarding scheduling changes
  • Managing last-minute changes and ensuring coverage

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and adaptability. A background in care or scheduling experience in other sectors is desirable but not essential.
