Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Oncology Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for delivering vital oncology treatments to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

This specialist position involves administering chemotherapy treatments, conducting blood tests and toxicity assessments, managing pump disconnections and line care, performing IM/SC injections, collaborating with a wider nursing team while working independently, and staying updated with new technologies and therapies.

  • Coordinate oncology treatment plans and schedules
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams

Requirements

To succeed as an Oncology Treatment Coordinator, you should have:

  • An active NMC Pin as a Registered RGN Nurse
  • Essential experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Chemotherapy
  • Skills in cannulation and venepuncture
  • A valid driving licence
  • A SACT Passport or equivalent qualification
