Haematology Care Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Haematology Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while working closely with designated hospitals and centres.
The successful candidate will have experience in administering oncology medication and providing ongoing support to patients through various support programmes.
You will also conduct training interactions to ensure patients and/or carers can safely self-medicate relevant oncology medications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient education and support to patients receiving oncology therapies
- Educate and deliver on other IV therapies as required
- Conduct training interactions to ensure patients and/or carers can safely self-medicate relevant oncology medications
Requirements:
- RGN part 1 NMC Register
- Chemotherapy delivery qualification
- Experience in administering oncology medication
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £38,480 - £42,640 per year, plus a company car or car allowance of £4,887.
