Job Description: As a Senior Care Operations Manager at Baal-Perazim Care Services Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, administration, and delivery of care services. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory body requirements, promoting high standards of care, and developing strong relationships with service users and staff.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Service Delivery Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of care services to meet the needs of service users.
  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the care team, promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and empowerment.
  • Service User Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care services.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with service users, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



  • Practice and Management Qualification: Possess a relevant qualification in practice and management, such as an NVQ or degree in social care.
  • Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with service users, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Care at Home Processes: Have a thorough understanding of care at home processes and procedures.
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council: Be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council as a manager in the relevant care sector.
