Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care? Care UK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Manager to join our team at Cairdean House.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Management: Provide effective leadership and management for all staff employed in the home.
  2. Care Standards: Promote a caring environment that is delivered according to latest guidelines, best practice, legislative and regulatory requirements.
  3. Financial Management: Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home in accordance with company policy.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that a high level of satisfaction with the service is achieved and maintained as well as maintaining excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers and external agencies.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 2-3+ years Home Manager experience.
  2. Care Experience: Care of older people in a Residential and Dementia setting.
  3. Financial Skills: Ability to control and manage a budget and accounts.
  4. Knowledge: Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
  5. Innovation: Ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas.
