**Salary:** £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic management team in Glenrothes and North East Fife area. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for creating effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring TRFS is effectively represented within key partnership forums, and contributing to the strategic development and management of existing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Senior Support Workers and staff teams, focusing on measurable quality outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing strategic planning in line with the programme of continual development in both practice and policy.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective representation of TRFS within key partnership forums.
  • Ensuring services meet and exceed regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification for the post as defined by the SSSC - an SVQ level 4 in Care / Management.
  • Previous experience in management within a care setting, supporting individuals with a wide range of support needs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A driving license and access to a car.
