Care UK is a multi award winning care provider seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Unit Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional resident care.

About the Role

  • Lead and supervise a unit with a passion for delivering excellent care through your team, ensuring residents medical, physical, and emotional needs are met while championing their safety and dignity.
  • Delegating workload in a collaborative, supportive and informative approach, oversee admissions of new residents, and carry out physical/psychological risk assessments and developing personalised care plans.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop services, administer medication, and provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
  • Ability to enhance effective working relationships, building trust amongst staff and residents.
  • Be well-organised and IT literate
