**About the Role**
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nursing Professional to join their Neonatal Unit team. As a Senior Nurse/Midwife, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality family-centred care to neonates and their families.
This rotational post between ITU/HDU and SC will incorporate days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate should be educated to degree level or equivalent and have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and evaluate care needs to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to neonates and their families.
- Organise and prioritise workload to meet the needs of the unit.
**Requirements:**
- Evidence of ongoing clinical development and awareness of NHGGG policies and strategies.
- Ability to prioritise workload and organise tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
