Clinical Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents while leading and developing a team of nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- 12 months post-graduate experience in a care of the elderly setting
- Experience of working with elderly people with dementia
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and manage complex situations

Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group is a reputable provider of care for older people in Scotland. We own and run 7 nursing homes across east central Scotland, with strong care inspection grades and good staffing levels.
