Job Title: Registered General Nurse
We are looking for Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work with NHS trusts across Scotland. As a bank nurse with Allied & Clinical, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and select the facility or location that suits you best.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within our facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient condition, progress, and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered General Nurse (RGN) license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience in a hospital.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Must be a UK resident and have the right to work in the UK.
