We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Unit Manager to lead our team and ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. As a Care Unit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and delegating tasks to your team, ensuring that all residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs are met. You will also be responsible for administering medication and developing personalized care plans for each resident.
About the Role
- Leading a team of caregivers to provide excellent care to residents
- Delegating tasks to team members in a collaborative and supportive environment
- Ensuring residents' safety and dignity are maintained
- Managing admissions of new residents
- Developing personalized care plans for residents
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop services
About You
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
- Ability to build effective relationships with staff and residents
- Strong organizational skills and IT literacy
